Recommend room suggestions for Wilderness Lodge.

DH and I are staying at POR for 6 nights and WL for 4 nights. Since we have never stayed at WL , I was hoping for some suggestions for room accommodations and locations. Also which is non smoking bldg in POR? Any suggestions will be appreciated. We are going Oct 11 to Oct 21. Thanks much.

My reservation is for Wood's View at WL.

I would request North Wing 5th floor over looking the otter pond...some of the rooms have a beautiful view of the Castle and you can see WISHES from the balcony.

It is also nice to watch the boats coming and going through the woods and seeing the Monorail arrive and depart from the CR.

Have only stayed in 1 room at WL, but we loved our Courtyard View. We were on the ground level facing the pool. We could walk out of our sliding glass door every morning through the courtyard past the waterfall to get coffee & cocoa at Roaring Forks (super convenient). It was December, though, so the pool was relatively quiet. It was a short walk to the buses and boats and to the jacuzzi. Our hallway was quiet and peaceful and mousekeeping was great. What more could you ask for?
