Recommend me a cocktail at cali grill please!

Hi everyone! We are going to the Cali Grill when we get to WDW as we loved it last year! I would like to start with a nice cocktail....last time I had a frozen strawberry daquiri...it was just ok.....could anyone recommend a nice one? I tend to like pinapple/tropical flavors and strawberry and slushie type cocktails.....and ideas pleeeese Also, I am allergic to seafood, it it possible to ask to have sushi minus the seafood? I really want to try it but would not risk the ramifications Thanks

I don't know about the sushi question but at the Cali Grill I ordered a Mai Tai and it was gorgeous- all pineappley and sweet and yummy.
