Recommend Dining Within Walking Distance for around 12

Could you recommend dining off property, reasonably priced for group of 12? Hopefully some place that has off street parking. Aunt and cousins want to meet while and it will be on CHOC walk Sunday, probably for brunch. Any suggestions.

Mimi's!!!! Yummy breakfasts, hold large parties well (I'd call for reservations with that large a group). In case you weren't familiar: its right next to HOJOs and if you sign up online they email you discounts.
