Recommend a laptop, in my budget

Please!

I'm starting to work from home so my company is allowing me to buy a laptop to replace my desktop. I'm thinking one in the 400-700 (tops) range.

I use an IBook personally, my work laptop should be a PC (obviously since I can't afford a Mac).

I don't know the difference between AMD/Intel Core/Intel Celeron or whatever, I don't need name brands if hat's the only difference.

I mostly use it for email, Office, and watching some video/ uploading pics

Thoughts? What do ya'll use?

I've been shopping for a laptop for a couple of months. I just (yesterday) ordered HP Pavilion dv6-2150us Entertainment Notebook PC from Staples. It has decent reviews and was the lowest price I could find. I'll use it mostly for accessing my on-line classes, e-mail, pictures and movies. I used a $50 off coupon they e-mailed me and will also get a $50 Staples Easy Rebate. So my total will end up being $566.14.
