...good recipes, that includes calorie count and serving amount.

Can anyone do this? I've looked on Amazon and I've Googled and I've checked out library books...nothing has been that impressive.

We don't eat "fancy". I just need chicken breast recipes, pork chop recipes, maybe some ground sirloin-type cassaroles and such.

I typically do well during the day, but then lose track at night during dinner time. I put together a meal but don't keep track while I'm prepairing the food. Does anyone else run into this?

We are a family of 4...two of which are kids age 1.5 and 5.5, so they don't eat alot.

I do usually eat a meat, a veggie and a starch type of dinner. It's just the way I was raised.
