Recipes for Charity, Desert Paws

A group of us are in the process of gathering recipes to be put into a recipe book that will be sold and have the proceeds donated to charity.

Hi Gail!

This is a really quick and easy salad I devised after eating a similar one at Applebee's.



Mix:
1 bag salad mix (American works best)
1 bag cole slaw mix
1/8 cup chopped chives
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Marzetti's Sweet and Sour Dressing to taste

Top with Rice Noodles (not chow mein noodles) and Grilled or Fried Chicken Strips.

I leave out the chicken if I don't want a dinner salad.

This is quick and easy and takes about 10 minutes to throw together.
