I'm putting together a home made recipe file for my daughter for her upcoming wedding, and I was hoping to include some favorites from my DIS friends.

PLEASE - just simple recipes, and THANKS a bunch!!!

WOW! What a small world! I am going to attempt a similar project. I am going to create a scrapbook of family recipes. I received a bridal shower invitation last week for a second cousin. I decided as a gift I'm going to tackle this project.

I think the only thing cooking for both of your brides-to-be receipe album is the bride and groom....LoL....

Do either of them have any experience with cooking? I have great simple and semi simple but elbrate receipes, more directions

:)

Will she have a crock-pot? This is easy and yummy!

Italian Chicken

1 small bottle zesty italian dressing (Wishbone is good)
4 - 5 chicken breasts (bonless, skinless are best)

Place enough dressing just to coat the bottom of the crock then place chicken breasts in pot. Pour remaining dressing over breasts cook on low for 8 hours or high 4 - 5 hours.

Chicken will be very tender and just fall apart. Add salad or veggies for a complete meal.
