Recipe - Pretzels; Chocolate; M&Ms??

Had a great, simple treat here at the office this week and would like to make it at home - but I don't know the recipe (person who made it is gone on vacation). Anyone know of a recipe.....

It was a small round pretzel with chocolate melted on top/inside and an M&M pressed into the top. what type of chocolate is used? Is it put into the oven to melt the chocolate? M&M added after the chocolate melts?
