Recipe information?

(I posted this on the recipe board, but I figured I'd ask here also.)

Who would I contact for WDW recipes? I know that you can ask the chef of a particular restaurant for recipes while you're there, but who can I contact from home? Is there a main email address?

I'm specifically looking for a few recipes from 'Ohana -- I found some at various sites online, but I'm still looking for the cilantro and pineapple dipping sauces and the shrimp and beef marinades.

Any ideas?
