Recipe from Olivia's (wanted)

Does anyone have the shrimp and artichoke dip that was served w/tomato and basil chips? This was on there menu for years, then was removed. It was a hot dip served in a shallow baking dish. I'm hoping that I am not the only DVC'er that had requested a copy of the recipe. I had the recipe and when we moved misplaced it. It is a great dish if anybody has it, please let me know.
