Recipe for Spinach Feta Spread from Sci-Fi??

Does anyone have the recipe for the Spinach Feta Spread from the Sci-Fi Restaurant at MGM?? My DH and I ordered it on our trip last week and it was delicious!

Hi! Isn't that stuff delicious?? It took me almost a year of requests, but they finally sent me the recipe. It makes enough to serve an army though, so you have to cut it down(unless you have an army to feed )

SPINACH AND FETA SPREAD

2 lb sour cream
1 lb mayo
pinch of black pepper
3 oz minced garlic
6 oz capers, washed
2.25 lb feta, curmbled
9 oz baby spinach, julienne
3 oz Roasted red peppers, diced
15 oz walnuts, toasted

Method: Mix all ingredients, label, date, chill
