Recipe for Rose & Crown Pot Roast?

I don't know how we missed this great restaurant all these years until our last trip earlier this month!

My DW had the Pot Roast, which was fantastic - best pot roast ever. I didn't even think of asking for the recipe at the time, but I should have! I have looked on the boards here and elsewhere, and haven't found it - I think it's relatively new?

Does anyone have the Rose & Crown recipe for pot roast? If not, and anyone is going anytime soon, I'd appreciate it if they could get it and post here.

Or is there a way to call the restaurant directly and ask them to email or fax it?

I looked on allears.net and was not able to find pot roast on the menu for Rose and Crown. They do have a Roasted Pork Loin that looks good but there is no recipe for it on the site. Sorry.

Otherwise, allears.net is a good resource for recipes if you need them
