Recipe for kid's Macaroni & Cheese

Is there a place that has the recipes for the food on the DCL? I know this sounds nutty but my dd went crazy over the Mac and Cheese last month. She just got a palate expander in and needs soft foods, so I thought I would try to hunt it down. I tried to duplicate it using Velveeta but it didn't taste the same. I'm sure they didn't use real cheese on the ship, it was too creamy.

OK I found a few sites that do have recipes from DCL (just google Disney Cruise Recipes)...but none of them have the mac n cheese recipe for the cruise.

I found one Disney Mac N Cheese Recipe from AKL - but it looks more like an adult version of the dish...

I would write to them
I did that years ago with the Wilderness Lodge
and it took a few months but they mailed me all the recipes I was looking for
Just a scaled back version, not for like 500 people

I am a high school teacher and a colleague asked our cafeteria manager for a recipe for something (I don't even remember what), but the recipe called for gallons of things!!! I guessed it served 100 kids??? I think it's great they actually give you the scaled down version. Only Disney can add the Magic to a recipe....
