I called DME several months ago to add my flight information for my Dec trip. I called back about two weeks ago because my departure time (as well as my flight number) had changed. The CM told me she had changed it. Well yesterday I finally bought airline tickets for my early Jan trip, so called to add the DME information for that trip. On a whim, when we finished I asked her to check my flight info for my Dec trip. Sure enough both the flight number and the departure time were wrong. (The old flight was apparently cancelled because the flight number doesn't even show up anymore on the airline's site.)

Thankfully she was able to correct it, but she is unsure if my DME tags are already on their way to me (today is 21 days out). Anyway you might want to call and reverify your flight information (especially if you've had to make changes due to the airlines rescheduling).

If the Disney bound Magical Express time is correct and the homebound time is wrong, don't bother to correct it until after you arrive. Too many times making a correction ends up messing up something else.

COrrect me if I am wrong, please, pulleeze!

If your Disney bound ME times are wrong, so long as you are arriving before 10 PM it does not matter.

Per my recent experience, the times are irrelevant. The flight # is the key to pick-up, etc. So, if your flight #'s remain the same and the times change, there is no need to call. ;)

I just wanted to agree w/above posters. They have the names and flight #'s and resort correct. Those are the main things. When I got my tags 2 weeks ago, I was worried, too becauuse the times on ME voucher to fly home was over 4 hours earlier than it really is. They told me it is irrelevant, not to worry about the flight times, as long as the flight #'s are correct.

Uh Oh! I just got my DME packet today and it says 'No flight information available'. Huh, I called three times. Once to give them the original flight information, a second time to give them the changed flight # and time, then again to give them times and flight numbers for my Jan flight (at which time I had them check and then correct the flight information for the Dec trip again).

I still say you better call and check your flight information. The first two times I called CRO with the flight information for the Dec trip, but today I called DME direct. The CM said that sometimes CRO's computer doesn't transfer the information to DME's computer. The exact same thing happened for my trip last May. CRO had my flight information, but DME didn't get it until I called about a week before my trip to check it (at which time I had to give it to the DME CM).

Actually, even the flight numbers really don't matter. It's the DME tags they look for. When my 5:50 am flight was cancelled upon arrival to airport, and I was rerouted to a different connecting airport and different flight no. and arrival time, I panicked. I called DME and they said that behind the scenes they pull any luggage with a DME Tags. The CM didn't even want take my new flight info. She assured me my bags would be pulled regardless and I would receive them. She was right. Received them 2 hrs after check in. This was this past June. :flower:

Well, I have called 10 to 15 times about my tags. I'm leaving next week and have not received them. The last time I called Disney and DME, they said there was a glitch in their system and my flight info did not get transferred to DME. So, I will not be receiving my tags at all. They said that I should check into DME at MCO and give them my baggage claim tags and that they will pull my bags based on the airline claim tags. Makes me really nervous!! At least, they should give me a copy of my claim tags in case Disney screws up. Well, maybe I'll just claim my bags myself.........my trust level isn't really high at this point.
