Hello there!
Small, quick question. I am having my reception at Ariels (about 47 people including my fiance and I). We are doing a sweetheart table for the bride and groom and I was wondering if I should do 5 tables of 10 (with a few extra seats) or 6 tables of 8? I like the idea of 8 better. Less squishy for everyone. And since we have a pretty small crowd, I felt we could "spread out" a bit. Does Disney care either way how many tables I use, or are they pretty easy going about stuff like that?

I would use the groups of 8. We tried to keep our's right around the 8-10 mark. For the most part, they are 8. We, too, wanted a fuller looking room. For the most part, Disney couldn't care one way or the other. Just remember you'll be paying increased floral fees for the more tables (centerpieces)

xoxo

Yeah I thought that the 8 would be best! Thanks so much!! :earsboy:

yes you can do 8 to a table, it will give a more filled look. the only thing to consider is the additional cost for centerpieces & linens.

were also having our reception at ariels with 62, we have 6 guest tables of 10 & then our sweetheart table. even with 10 people a table it still feels roomy in my opinion.

Are they round tables or square? And do you know what the no cost chair looks like at Ariels, I am not sure if we are going to do a cover or not, I am not crazy about the white with a colored bow, if I am going to do one it will probably be more expensive than I want to pay....
