Reception at Narcoossee's

Hi can anyone tell me if it is possible to have a private reception in Narcoossee's and if so who do I need to contact? Thanks

Yes! Narcoosee's is available for breakfast, brunch and lunch (all events must end before 3pm). For a wedding reception, contact Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings at 321-939-4610. For a non-wedding-related private event, contact Disney Catered Events at 321-939-7278.

Thanks for that information but we are renewing our vows at The Swan and Dolphin at 2.30 so that would not be any good. Thanks alot for the information though.

Hi Jo sweetie - Our VR was at the S/D at 3.00pm and we had a reception at Citrico's at 5.30pm and it worked really well timewise!!! Some Disney restaurants only open for dinner and therefore can only manage private events at breakfast, brunch or lunch times. Really, with an afternoon ceremony, you will not be eating until dinner time and if you want a private reception in a restaurant, you may have to look for one with a private room (eg Citrico's and Jiko among others). I 'think' Fulton's at DTD has a private room too (Fulton's brides please confirm) and has a seafood menu like Narcossee's. If none of them are suitable, you may have to have an un-private restaurant reception, look into a private room at one of the resorts or change the ceremony time to accommodate a brunch or lunch reception.
