Just thought I'd share some of my recent trip.
We stayed at CBR. I won't say too much about the hotel except it was nice but I doubt I would return due to the size.
So we made our FP+ selections way in advance. Managed to get a Frozen Ever After FP for 7th October which was obviously not doable due to Hurricane Matthew. We tried to get another but of course there were none available, so I called Disney to ask if there was any way they could help but they said there was nothing they could do. I know it wasn't their fault that we couldn't use the FP but having to queue up made us have to change our plans a bit. So anyway we decided to bite the bullet on the 10th and queue up. The posted wait time was 90 minutes. 80 minutes into the queue (and we were right near the front), the ride goes down, and they kept us in the queue (our own decision of course) for about 30 minutes before they evacuated the building and gave us paper FP for another time. We waited a few more hours at Epcot and the ride still wasn't running so yet again we had to change our plans and head back to Epcot another day. Again, I know this wasn't their fault, just a bit frustrating! I did get to ride FEA in the end, and I really enjoyed it. The animatronics are incredible.
Another thing I couldn't believe were the crowds
. I can't remember which day exactly but there was a day at MK where 7DMT had a posted wait time of 210 all day! and the other E-Tickets like Space Mountain were 120 minutes etc. There was even a 20 minute posted wait time on MDE for the People Mover?! I had to see it to believe it and much to my surprise there was a CM right near COP holding a sign indicating where the line for the People Mover started, crazy!
We also went to MNSSHP (originally supposed to go on the 6th but due to the Disney Closure for Hurricane Matthew we rescheduled for the 10th. We had a really, really good time and I would definitely say you're not just paying extra for a different parade and fireworks. If you're considering going, I'd definitely recommend it!
We also went to the MK 45th anniversary on 10/01, rode Stitch (still don't like it) before it's seasonal closure, and bought some commemorative souvenirs, but didn't manage to get one of the free buttons as we were too late and they'd run out
.
Trying to adjust back to reality now and possibly coming down with a case of Disney Depression
. It's been a pretty good 3 months as we went to Disneyland California in July, Disneyland Paris in August (I'm from the UK) and finished it off with WDW in September/October! Currently trying to fight the sadness by thinking about a possible 2 week stay at Poly in 2018!
Well, until next time!

). Frozen is cute and has an incredible queue, but we enjoyed when Norway was a culturally based pavilion with Maelstrom. Frozen is everywhere.
