Being home is such a letdown but we all had a fabulous time. We were in WDW from February 19th through the 28th and it was DH-39, Me-34, DD-15 and DS-5. We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Village and my Dad's timeshare Westgate Lakes. The weather could not have cooperated more. The temps were 75-80 the entire time we were there and it only rained for about 1/2 hour on our last day at Epcot. I ordered all of our tickets from Ticketnmania and there were no problems what so ever. I will definitely order from them again.

We visited Animal Kingdom on Thursday, Universal Studios on Friday (first day of Marti Gras), Typhoon Lagoon on Saturday, Sea World (Trainer for a Day) on Sunday, MGM on Monday, Magic Kingdom on Tuesday, Islands of Adventure on Wednesday, and Epcot on Thursday. Crowds and lines were not an issue. Most everything was 5 minute waits. I would say the most crowded was Universal (due to Marti Gras), MGM???, Test Track (20-30) and Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom in the afternoon. Splash, Space and Big Thunder Mountains were 10 minute waits all day. We walked onto all of them twice. My son just made the 44" height requirment and was so excited to ride all the "big" rides.

We ate at Donald's Breakfastasaurus, Ohana, Primetime Cafe and Marrakesh. The rest were sitdowns and snacking. Primetime was our best meal. There were 7 of us for lunch and all declared it delicious. I was very pleased and surprised.

We finally got to see Illuminations after 4 years and it was lovely although I don't know if we were all as tired as we were after 9 days of commando touring that I would make it a point to stay again. We all got the one day Poops and Pukes (sorry to be graphic) and I had hand sanitizer, wipes and did lots of hand washing. Florida is home to every bug known to man. Be very agressive with the hand washing and then as in our case you still may get sick. We felt lucky that it was not worse.

We capped off our WDW trip with 5 days in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico (Riviera Maya-30 miles North of Cancun) and it was too die for! We won't go back to WDW now for a few years as we have been 3 times in 4 years and need to give it a rest. A perfect trip. Thanks to all for your valuable and never ending information. If any of you have any questions, ask away.

Glad you had a great time!!! Which park did your group declare "best of the best"? Renessa

Oh, and give us a quick (or long) review of Breakfastasaurus...if you have been to 1900 Park Fare or Chef Mickey's for breakfast, how does it compare? Thanks, Renessa

We truly love each park for what it has to offer and I know that I know that this will be a minority opinion but MGM is our fave Disney park and Island of Adventure is our fave Universal park with it also being our fave park of all. I'm a California girl so Disneyland holds the title to my heart but Magic Kingdom is growing on me and always makes me cry walking down main street first thing in the morning. We got to ride in the front of the Monorail that morning and are now official co-pilots. Very cool!

Breakfastasaurus was very fun and a great start to the day already being in Dinoland. We had never done it starting Dinoland first before and touring counter clockwise but it worked out great. the characters came around to our table numerous times and the food was very good. We enjoyed it a lot. We have not been to the other two you mentioned but here is a quick list of Sitdown places we have been.

Rain Forest - Downtown Disney
Rain Forest - Animal Kingdom
House of Blues
Cinderella's Royal Table - A Fave!
Donald's Breakfastasaurus
50's Prime Time Cafe - A Fave!
Sci-Fi Drive Inn
Marrakesh
Ohana
Kona
Planet Hollywood

And lots of counter service and snacks.

I'm curious about Marrekesh, I have always wanted to try it but always read that it was too expensive and not enough food. My family are big eaters.. likes buffets and such... what would you say about it?

We have eaten at Marrakesh twice. It's very good and they do give you a lot of food. It's very different but their spicing is yummy. It might not be the best place for picky eaters. I've had the Lemon Chicken (not like anything here), Chicken Kabobs, Beef Brewat Rolls (like a minced beef eggroll with Cinnamon spice), and the Chicken Bastilla and some yummy dessert of thin Philo (sp?) type sheets with Vanilla Ice cream and Cinnamon very good. It's a nice change of pace from the same old fare and it is very good. They have a belly dancer for entertainment and to my horror she had me get up and dance with her last time so you might not want to sit close to the stage if you don't want to have all reastaurant eyes on you shaking your hips. A great thing about Marrakesh is it's never hard getting into.

I saw that you stayed at westagate. How did you like the rooms and the facility? We are going to be there in December and we are booked in there. I have to go to their sales pitch but I won't mind it for 90 minutes. We have been in timeshares for three years and it has been pretty good. You are not to far from Disney and we go other places such as DD, USF, and up on international drive to Beltz. I guess I will have to remember to go west towards tampa instead of going east towards Orlando this year.
