Recent WOC Dinner Package Experience/Review?

Has anyone recently done the dining (NOT dessert) package for WOC? Looking for recent experiences... where do you stand? Do you still have to arrive stupid-early? Was it worth it (subjective, I know)?

We have a reservation for Wine Country on Friday, considering getting the WOC package.
