Recent Windsor at Westside reviews?

I’m wanting to book a house there for our trip this fall but I’ve seen a few negatives reviews lately. Worried about large noisy parties and lax security. Has anyone had recent positive or negative experiences staying there?

The resort looked intriguing, but most of the Airbnb reviews for places there were just so so. We decided to pass.
