Thinking of ditching the rental car and trying uber/lyft to get from MCO to Disney. We have 2 bottom booster aged kids that we bring travel boosters for that just sit on the seat. We are renting a single stroller that I currently have set-up for airport pick-up, but I can change to resort pick-up. We only travel with 1 carry-on roller bag. Anyone uber lately with kids? I know we'll need to request XL because of the stroller or maybe I'd be better off changing to resort pick-up for stroller. Uber/lyft seems like the most economical way to quickly get to your resort....

I don’t know the answer to your question but I need you to tell me the secret of packing for 4 people in a single carry on!

haha... it has become a game for me to see how compact I can pack! It does help that we have an owners locker and are staying in a 1 bedroom with laundry :)

You will already be traveling from your home airport to MCO without a stroller, it may just be easier to wait till you get to your resort to pick up the stroller. The only thing that may sway your opinion is many of the offsite stroller companies require you to be present when your stroller is dropped off which can be a bit tricky. Doing airport pickup simplifies that process.
