May 20-24 we stayed three nights at vb and then 2 nights at OKW. we had a great ocean view from our 1BR at VB. It was room 1240 and I recommend it if you can get it. There were a few complaints at VB this year however... The water in the whirlpool bath came out with a yellowish greenish tint, looked like seawater. I brought to VB's attention... Also, the Tiger Lilly kiddie pool, the miniature golf and the shuffleboard pucks needed maintenance attention. The tiger lilly had peeling foam on the slide and the water cannons were inoperative.
At OKW, the accomodations were great (huge by standards of other disney DVC resorts), but the furniture cushions are sure showing wear and tear, with some fading in general and old faded stains. We stayed in building 53 in a 1Br.
Otherwise a great trip, but these guys need to start using our dues and keeping up the place! (both VB and OKW)
