May 6 Offer made
May 8 Offer accepted and contract received
May 11 Contract sent to Dis for ROFR
May 14 Disney waved ROFR
May 20 Closing info received
Today Mailing back closing packet
This has been a wonderful and a suprisingly fast and organized process! I hope everyone has the same luck and fun as my Minnie and me .
