Recent stays at VWL?

Anyone been to VWL in the past few weeks? We're about to leave and I was just wondering if everything is in order there. I'm hoping nothing is closed for renovations or anything like that. Our family trip of 20 is now down to 14, but we're still expecting to have a wonderful trip.

We got back from VWL a few days ago and everything was fabulous. Didn't see anything out of the ordinary to worry about. Have a great time!

The Villas of Wilderness Lodge are beautiful and still doing great as of last Saturday.

In the last few days, there has been a rash of "BCV isn't that great" threads.....

Yet, for the past 6 months or so, BCV has been the most difficult DVC resort to buy into. Resales are almost non-existent and are snapped up almost before they get on the market.

That being said, could the "BCV is going downhill" threads be started to guarantee that someone, somewhere, would panic and put their points on resale?

Just a thought.....

Recently back.
Great stay, everything working at resort.
No construction.
Boat to MK:
shortest 10 min
longest 45min
still shared with Ft. Wilderness

Best view of Wishes was from parking lot (there's a window on the 5th floor of the lodge but you can't hear the explosions)

main pool crowded but quiet pool was quiet.
