I had heard on the board that Mauritzio ( Australia ) who use to be in Palos was now going to be a head server. Does anyone know if that has happened yet. He is the best.

I agree -- he is the best!! We went back a second time for dinner -- couldn't get his table and got Carita. She was just as awesome!!
