recent Fantasy cruisers

Anyone have a great serving team they would recommend? I would like to request one for our upcoming cruise. I have had one good and one not so good team so far - it really does make a difference

Leandro Mocelin from Brazil. He's been our server on two cruises now. First time back in 2011 on the Dream, requested him for this past November on the Fantasy.

Gustavo (from Argentina - server) and Casmine (from Jamaica - assistant server). Gustavo has a thick accent but he's such a sweetie pie and, more importantly, amazingly competent. He makes excellent recommendations, knows how to properly pace a meal, is great with kids and babies... Casmine complements him really well - quick to bring what we requested and really attentive to our various needs. I'd request them in a heartbeat.

We had Ozen from Turkey and Henny from Indonesia. They were amazing!!! My mother had a stroke a couple of years ago and lost the use of her right arm. Henny immediately offered to cut my mother meat for her. My mom has been on 2 other cruises (different lines) and none of those servers took care of her like they did. I loved them and have nothing but RAVE reviews for them

Not us!! Our head waiter brought up rating him excellent on the comment card FOUR nights out of six (we had room service one night).

Latroy from Jamaica and Johnathon (cant remember where he is from) They were both excellent! I would recommend them to anyone. They were very attentive to both our little ones ages 6 and 8 and our 13yo.

Our family loved Henny from Indonesia!! She was so sweet and great with the kids!

Putu Widiantara is currently a server on the Fantasy. We have been lucky enough to have him as both our assistant and our server. He is wonderful with kids also!

We sailed the Fantasy Dec. 7-14 and had Mario from Indonesia and Dennis from Jamaica. They were excellent! We loved their personalities, and service. They were superb to us as well as our 3 children! I would definitely recommend them and will request them for our next trip!

Our family loved Henny from Indonesia!! She was so sweet and great with the kids!

We had Henny as an asst server in October. She was just lovely. So sweet, funny, and efficient. We saw her at breakfast and lunch several times too and she always came to give us a hug and chat.

We had Stipe Roca with Daniel Vassalo. They were awesome. Could go on forever about how special they made our trip. We have an 8, 14 and 16 year old and they were great with them as well as us. Did tricks, puzzles, were funny and had great attentiveness to our likes and dislikes.

We are on the Fantasy on the 11th of this month. Is it too late to request a serving team? How do you go about it? We are in the UK if that makes a difference.

Most requests should be placed by 2 weeks out. That's when they start organizing the seating.

I had Malcolm from India and Maureen from Zambia in February and they were awesome! Alberto was my head server, but I think he's still on vacation.

Do keep in mind that teams do not always remain the same, so it's better to ask for one person because if a team is split they won't know which is more important to you.

We asked for Stipe 3 days before we left and we still got him. Not saying it's a guarantee at this point, but it's worth a try. We had a pretty full cruise too.
