Recent experiences with Premium MagicBand ship date?

So for anyone else waiting for magic bands and see 'magic bands declined" - your order most likely did not process properly and if you were charged for them -call 1-800-328-0327 to have them check on your order and process the refund if needed - then you will need to call The Internet help desk (technical services) at 407-939-3471 to have them release the 'Magic band' area under My Disney Experience in order to be able to re-order new magic bands (FYI - do not press #1 for magic band help as they can not help with this issue and they just send you back to the beginning of the que)
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! That last paragraph is especially helpful. Thank you for the phone numbers and tips!! I'm sorry you had to deal with all that time on the phone though, so so frustrating. But appreciate you sharing so others might be able to cut down their phone time.

My MB situation changed so I actually might get mine, we'll see next week. I ordered and received a confirmation on 11/19 for 2 premium upgrades plus several free bands. My credit card was charged right away. It sat in a "Your MagicBand Order Is Being Fulfilled" status for over 3 weeks and assumed I'd eventually have to spend a lot of time on the phone to fix it. But then yesterday (12/12) I received a shipping notification!! I was totally shocked. We'll see if the correct ones arrive but I'm hopeful!
 
I'v been meaning to call since msec posted the numbers, but my two missing magic bands ordered in mid November mysteriously arrived today. They are personalized, but not showing up on MDE so I will add them manually.
 
would love to get the premium ones for my 2 DGDs for our April trip but wonder if it's even worth trying. Maybe I will orders "skins" for theirs.
Would be great if the new mint green ones were available as an option for the free ones sometime soon.
 
OK - have an update - I posted on this thread last week about my magic bands that I ordered Mid Nov (I premium and 2 'free') and never received - Disney ended up refunding me for the 1 premium magic band that never shipped after a 4 hour phone call....

Well today - guess what shows up in the mail - my original magic band order - including the premium magic band I had ordered in md-Nov :scared1:

Needless to say - I was completely shocked!! I still have never received a shipping notice for any order. The odd thing is the order date on the paperwork inside the box is dated 12/19/19 - our check-in date. .. My Disney experience still says "Magic Bands Declined" and not one of the Magic Bands in the box shows up under our magic band area - so I had to link them manually.

The whole situation is very strange - but at the end of the day it all worked out. - I just wish I had not wasted all that time on the phone last week :rolleyes2

Wow, glad you finally got them! Mine arrived today as well (4 weeks after ordering), but I was expecting that as I received a shipment notice last week. I didn't fully believe it though until I had the box in hand - especially because MDE was also showing my MagicBands as declined. Their system still needs a lot of work...
