I read a report the other day that they were picked up at 11am. I don’t know if that was a one-off for that particular cruise/bus, or if all pick-ups have shifted later now.
This is what I am hoping as well. I really like the idea of getting picked up early even though I had to cancel our Ohana breakfast that morning. It will totally be worth it to be one of the first at the port.
I'm staying at Beach Club the night before the cruise, and choosing the latest PAT so that I can enjoy a morning at the resort. I'd actually prefer it if DCL picked up resort guests later in the morning, but oh well. It's a 7-night cruise, so I won't miss the few extra hours onboard on embarkation day, especially before my stateroom is ready when I'd have to tote my bags around with me.
Did you book DCL Transfers or doing private transportation? The bus only picks up once so you might find yourself “enjoying” a morning hanging out at the terminal waiting for your boarding group to be called.

We stayed at GF before our 1/22 and were told pick up was 8:15. The bus actually arrived about 8:05, but we were the first stop. The paperwork we were given the night before said to arrive 30 mins prior to the pick up time.
