Receiving DVC Membership Materials

Received an email from Fidelity on the 21 that our contract had closed and we should receive membership materials within 14 days. Received another email from someone else at Fidelity on the 26 saying we had closed and should be receiving materials within 2 weeks. We have not received anything yet. We want to use our points for a family vacation in mid-June. How long should I wait before I contact anyone to check on when I should receive membership number? Just getting antsy about what resorts might/might not be available during that time.
 
Call member accounting and tell them you need your member number to because you're under contract on a new purchase and need it for the forms. It's usually pretty easy to get it with that excuse. All you should have to give them is your contract number. Once you have that, call back Member Administration and tell them you need your one time access code. They can transfer you to the web group and you should be online making reservations in under 30 minutes.

While all of this is NOT the way it should go, our first package got lost but the only way they told us it was lost was when we called back with our member number saying we hadn't gotten our package. Good luck!
 
If Member Accounting won't give you the member ID number, they often can tell you when they mailed out the materials. That shouldn't take more than 4-5 mailing days.
