I added my brother to my deeds. I was wondering how long it usually takes for him to receive his cards.
I did call them last month and they said they couldn’t help me until I received his log in information. You'll have to call member services and request one.
Thank you It’s been over a month so hopefully any dayHe should get his log in shortly. Once he does he get access the digital. It took about 3 weeks from that point for my kids to get their hard copy
Would he just need my account number.Have him go into the site and order one.
He can't order one online unless he's logged in as himself.Would he just need my account number.
Thank you
That’s what member services said. They said he had to wait until he received it in the mail. He is going to Disney and I was hoping he would have it before he leftHe can't order one online unless he's logged in as himself.

Thank you
So, spin-off question...
My DD is on our membership but she never created her own DVC account. How would she go about that now (after years of ownership) if member services can't help ?
ETA: She was only 18 and doesn't plan our trips, so I didn't think much of it. But it sounds like this could be a future problem.....?????
Member Administration, which is a separate menu choice on the member line, is the one to contact for logins. They can look up the activation code for any of the various people who are listed on the deed, and can give it to you over the phone. You'll need your deed number when you call.
There is an menu option on the phone tree (IIRC, 1 then 6) for website assistance.Member Administration, which is a separate menu choice on the member line, is the one to contact for logins.
