Now, not to hyjack the thread, but I'm in the market for a new hydration belt for my Goofy training. I currently have one of those types that holds a large (20 oz) bottle at the small of your back. I have been using it for a couple years, but am not a huge fan because I find that the bottle bounces a lot unless I tighten it really tight on my natural waist, which is super uncomfortable after a long run. Also, I have finished the bottle during a 14 mile long run and my normal long run route only has water at around mile 3. I am also intrigued by the models that have multiple bottles, so that I could carry a sports drink and regular water.

Anyone have a recommendation for a hydration belt? The three models I am looking at are the Amphipod, Nathan Hydration, and the Fuel Belt. I know someone with a Amphipod who regularly had the bottles pop out while she ran because she didn't properly attach them while running.... anyone else have this issue with the belts? Has anyone tried one of the hydration "vests"?
