Received an extra magic bands ????

My sister received 4 magic bands. Her group is only 1 ad and 2 kids. The extra came in a separate box, is blue, and came with a slider that goes on it. It says "pass holder 2014". She does not have annual passes. Just regular tickets from her package. So confused.

Sounds like another glitch.
Could be a human error or a software error.

My brother works at the company here in Memphis that manufactures the bands. When they first began shipping them, an employee trying to make a deadline gave the UPS driver the labels to put on the boxes instead of doing it himself. The labels got put on the wrong boxes and were shipped to the wrong people. It was a huge deal and the manager and the employee were fired! Maybe you got someone else's band?
