Rebooking Fastpasses 3 weeks out

I booked my fastpasses when the window opened up, but just noticed I am going during the busiest times of the week (aka EMH). What are the chances if I cancel the fast passes and do the non-emh parks that I will be able to get fast passes on-line?

Why not leave the FPs set up the way they are, but start your day in the non-EMH park, then park-hop to the park where your FPs are?

If you don't want to do that, check this site for FP availability before you cancel any...
