Rebooking DCL on board

We are cruising in Nov. While on board we want to book another cruise for 2004. Does anyone have the reduced points they offer if you book onboard? We are trying to take 4 other people and need to work out if we can do this before we go. Thanks. I'm specifically looking for the 7 day eastern and western.
