Rebooking at a new rate.. a small thing I love

Just a small thing I didn't know previously so thought I would share in case it helps.
I booked the APH rate at Universal for 3 nights at the end of August. I ended up having to change my dates so when I went to rebook the rate was higher. I was disappointed that I had missed the lower rates but booked it anyway.
Last night a better rate became available. The best part is you can go into your reservation on the Lowe's site and changed to the new rate yourself!
It seems like such a small thing, but I loved being able to change it and not have to call anyone and sit on the phone for 20 minutes. It was super easy.
I wish Disney had that option. I end up changing those reservations sometimes several times when a new rate or discount comes out. In fact when I changed with Disney for the same trip, I timed my last call at 26 minutes.
So Kudos to Lowes, it took me all of 3 minutes to save 150 dollars!

congrats on getting a lower rate!

i'm just opposite.
i prefer calling instead of going thru the loews website.
but then, i have never had waits when using the phone way to make a change.

there are many times the TM on the phone call i make, will tell me of a special that i did not see on the website.
