Rebate for Kitchenaid Mixer

I just bought a kitchenaid mixer with a $30 rebate. I printed out the rebate form and it calls for the packing slip. I can not find it anywhere!!! I must have thrown it away!

Am I SOL or can I print out my order information from online? Or do you not know?

Sometimes you can print another copy of the packing slip or receipt online. Maybe go to your account of that website?
