REAS problem

Hello! We are going on 1st cruise, 4-night on May 1st!!!! We booked the REAS, got Palo ressies, but can not get the time we want for massage. They have an 8am on our at sea day, which is the day we want it, but the kid's club is not even open then. I hate to plan the rest of our trip around the massage. We will be getting off the ship at ports so I figured those days would not be good either. Should I just cancel REAS? It seems they do not have slots for couple's massages during mid-day on Wednesday. Any ideas?

You can always try to change your spa massage time to a later time after you board the ship.

DCL releases only a minimal amount of time slots for the REAS packages and the times/days are not always what you are interested in booking. I would suggest going over to the spa after you board, explain the timing situation with the kids clubs and see if you can get a later time in the day. They will likely be able to make the change for you.
