Reas Packages With Dcl

Just got back on Saturday from our western cruise, where we had the REAS package. Listen, you will not be disappointed. Even though it took alot to do everything on my actual anniversary, (and still go to Cozumel) it was great. We had a couples massage, it was awesome, I have had massages before, but the hubby never had, he could barely get off the table he was so relaxed. The Palo ressie was awesome because I didn't have to race on the ship for it, it was made ahead of time (And this meal, without a doubt, was the best dining experience I have ever had, so even if you don't get the package, go to PALO). Then of course, the turndown service. We had just eaten at Palo, and our DD was in the lab, and wanted to come to the room, so I raced to the room, saw a bed filled with rose petals and the towels shaped like 2 swans kissing it was beautiful, unfortunately, I ran to the club and by the time I got back to the room, THE DH and I use that term lightly, had thrown all the petals in the garbage, and passed out on the bed from food overdose. I didn't even get to take a picture, but it was really very nice. Then Friday we had our breakfast in bed. Of course we got enough for all three of us, and I ordered WAY too much, they came in with 12 dishes, I am NOT kidding, I felt so bad, but it was nice as well. Almost forgot the really nice basket you get in the stateroom when you get on the boat, it was a square basket made out of metal with hearts all around, and in there was a bottle of champagne, a nice picture frame photo album, and a box of chocolates all wrapped beautifully. The whole package was lovely, and I wish I had had the massage at the beginning of the week, because I would have had another. Have fun and enjoy!

I agree it is well worth it, and DH and I have it booked for our Thanksgiving cruise in November. However, it is only 339.00. I highly recommend it! :sunny: (We did it last year too!)

I'm doing the Thanksgiving Wonder, is this the one you are on? I am debating doing this. I have two questions. How soon should you book it to get good ressies for Palo. And, does the breakfast interfere with doing Palo Brunch?

I believe you cannot book any ressies until you are paid in full, so if you have a particular day or time in mind, I would pay asap. The breakfast can be any day you want it, and so can the Palo brunch, so don't sweat it.

Thank you for the info. I should have my package paid off by the middle of July, so I have two more months to think about it. :goodvibes

My husband and I are traveling with another couple. If we do the REAS package and they don't...can we have them join us at Palo?

Lisa.

Sorry, I have one more question...My husband does not want a massage...is there an alternative for him?

Thanks,
Lisa.

Yes, your friends can dine with you, but your $10 fee is paid, I think, they would have to pay it though. I'm not sure about the alternatives, you could call Disney and ask though. But really, try to talk him into the massage, its really kinda cool, having it done together in the same room at the same time, and it was a great massage!
