reas package

Just an aside; I think the REAS is a great package. We booked a category 3 room for the extra space, but after cruising I now know a couple connecting verandah rooms and the REAS package would be enough. The best perks of concierge (besides the beautiful suite of course) is the ability to prebook the dining time & rotation and the Palo ressies, which is a perk with the REAS. And in concierge, you don't book the spa until you board, which you can do ahead of time with REAS.

As far as the full breakfast room service, this is unlimited in concierge, but we didn't use it even once so once with the REAS would have been plenty; (idiots, I know, but we never that hungry to be motivated to call the night before and order, so we just went to Topsiders right above us, and brought down a tray one day when we wanted to eat in the room.) Since REAS offers prebooking, you can show up at the port a little later and miss the lines and people rushing to book. (Concierge and Castaway Cay members have their own line and waiting area which bypasses the crowd, which was a priceless if you hadn't already booked ressies or were at the port bright & early.) Anyway, I think the REAS offers a some of the most popular concierge-like perks for a lot less.

I had to call AAA :chat: whom I did my lastest traveling plans with. They called DCL and reserved it all for me and hubbie. I than had to call DEBBIE at dining services (direct line if you PM me) she told me at DCL and she made the Palo dinner, Palo brunch and the couples message times for us.

I got my papers today :bounce: THURSDAY. It says I also, get a bouquet of flowers.
Can't wait.
$299 sounds like a lot,, but if thats all you papmer yourself with,, its worth it.

Also, since we are traveling with my sister, Debbie was able to get her to have dinner and brunch with us. Debbie said she cant tell us what dinner,, but can request it. She gave a great HINT that the APLAPLA is the better of the 3 rotations since that puts you at Lumeries for the Formal and Semi-formal nights. :teeth:
We had to make some changes for the times we wanted ,, since they were full... and i didnt want to ruch back from the excursions to have dinner.

Good luck

I let Michael be a part of the booking process, as we really wanted this to be a special thing for all of us, the poor kid has had too many trips with me to the hospital for treatments and I wanted him to have some sense of contol.
Sue Ellen just can't be beat! She is a gem above diamonds!!!

CONGRATS to all on booking your REAS packages!!! You will not regret it.

Ann, your ds will enjoy it as much as you and your dh!
