REAS Package Question

We have a REAS booked for August 2005. I know what is included but I have a couple questions.

How long is the couples massage?

Do you tip for the massage, Palos, etc. and what is the going tip?
 
the massage is 50 minutes

and the $10 surcharge for Palo's (per person) is included in the REAS price .. you are free to tip more of course
