REAS Confusion

Call Debbie...she'll take care of those ressies now unless she tells you differently.

2005 times just haven't been set up yet. Hence why I'm in a waiting game.

What company does Debbie work for? Disney? Can I call her even if I booked through allseas travel?

She works directly for disney cruise line dining. She does the REAS ressies. Her number should be on page one of this thread. A couple of kind souls passed it on

Just wish I was able to book Alas I'm still waiting...maybe I'll call in November just for good measure

Ok, one last question Do I have to purchase through my TA before calling Debbie or can I order it through her? Thank you so much for your help BTW.

I believe you have to purchase through your travel agent but can do the actual reservations directly with Debbie. I am sailing in September and my travel agent did not have an "acurate" understanding of the REAS package. She did not know , for example, that you can request dining rotation, table size, and make brunch ressies. BUT, since I am addicted to these boards I knew.

Debbie was one of the most pleasant, kind and patient people I have ever dealt with. I emailed Disney about her. She was great and did not mind all of my questions. What a gem. I told her that she has a great job. I would love to help people with their vacation plans because they are all happy, hopeful and excited.
