Really wanted to buy BLT but.... need more points .. SSR?

I am a new owner bought in 2016... so I don't have tons of experience trying to book yet, but I think value and concierge are extremely hard to get even at 11 months.

When I have had better luck with the value rooms than the concierge right at the 11 month window. I got the concierge once by walking the reservation at the 11 month window.
