Man I am sorry to read this. I just sent my girlfriend the link. She was looking into the fisherprice camera for her son... not sure if this same camera or not. Her son is 7 and kind of knocks stuff around so she wanted a kid friendly camera.

it's a different camera..i saw a little boy using one at the zoo but couldn't get close enough to see the pictures without causing the kid to running screaming in terror so i resisted the urge ..he was really having fun though...he looked in the 6-7 yr range and i wonder how much he would care if the photos weren't crystal clear
