I have just visited the Amazon website to check up on my Orlando book (as is my wont from time to time - like, every day ) and seen a wonderful review there from Debbie Churchill. It really makes my whole week - so well written and articulate, and so full of praise it makes me blush. In all honesty, the main reason for starting the book in the first place (and also for being on here) is the desire to help people and to try to ensure they have the best holiday they possibly can in a place I honestly consider the most exciting holiday destination in the world. To have my work noticed in this way is a wonderful vindication of all the effort and honesty that goes into it, and I am truly touched by Debbie's words.

Ditto, Simon! I was beginning to think they weren't going to publish it - I submitted it on 28 December.

I sincerely consider it to be the best all-round book out there for the UK visitor. And I have the DIS to thank for leading me to it - had I not registered here, I suspect I may still be passing it by. You can't judge a book by its cover... That's one I learned the hard way!

I have a rather awful line manager at work.

However, the one really good thing he has done for me apart from not talking to me much and leaving me alone is lending me his copy of Simon's book.

We liked it so much that we went out and bought an up to date copy for ourselves.

Thanks for helping to make our holiday last Easter the success it was.
