Really stupid question about Word...

okay, so this is so stupid but I can not for the life of me figure out how to set the spacing for single or double space. (the space inbetween sentences) It is driving me crazy. Why can't it just be obvious the way it used to be?

If you are in 2010...make sure you are in the home tab in the section "paragraph" in the middle there are lines with up and down arrows to the left...click on there.

Under "Format" and then under "Paragraph" you will the options for single/double spacing.

Or you can just highlight what you want to change the spacing for and hit control 2 for double spacing (or control 1 for single spacing).
