Really STUPID Commercials

OK, there are some really stupid commercials out there. My top two right now are:

The one where the woman is carrying a full size sheet cake all over creation

The one where the steaksauce is spilled on the barbaque grill and the guy licks it.

How about for you?

I completely agree with the lady carrying the sheetcake. What is up with that? You couldn't put it down wvwn to go to the restroom? I know thatwhen I buy a cake at a bakery it comes in a box or something. I don't have to hold it up.

I'll add the "head On" commercial. It doesn't even tell you what it does!

I hate that commercial with Snoop Dogg going from hell to heaven after chewing Orbitz gum...

And recently ALL of the political ads for the election next week here in Georgia. You know it's BAD if the candidate is in black and white ...

Boy, I can't think of any national ones off the top of my head, there are a few local ones that make me cring...John Barr's "I'll do anything to sell you a car" and Glen Learner, the "Heavy Hitter"...for all you in So. Nevada.
The only one I can think of that is national is those Burger King commercials with the celeb's in them, like the one with Darius Rucker (Hootie & the Blowfish) singing that country song in that silly country getup outfit, and the girl in the back ground swinging.
I have not seen the guy lick the BBQ grill that OP mentions. If I think of more I'll come back...because I am sure there are plenty of annoying commercials out there!

I hate car dealer commercials that yell at me, I hate car dealers doing their own commercials, and I hate it when yocals put their "cute kids" in their commercials.

There was a commercial a few years back about some girl running down some stairs saying how much unencumbered her new Tampax made her feel...I always thought it was quite incredible that they could make you run faster too

Just about every car commercial - a true insult to the viewers' intelligence. They act like they are letting the viewer in on a big secret sale......you can get that deal on a car any day of the year!

The Burger King commercials with the king character stalking people freaks me out. He's looking in the window of their house, he shows up in bed, etc-How can that help sell hamburgers?

Now they have the one with the giant sandwiches and the guy gets squished by a giant hamburger patty. That is just wrong.

Boring, high-concept car commercials

I hate all of the Burger King ads. I'm not a big fan of the charmin ads with the baby bear who needs to go.

My DD and I hate the DQ Blizzard ad with the guy on the plane, whose seat mate keeps eating his Blizzard, and his bag keeps falling on the lady. I want to change the channel everytime I see it. DH loves this commercial. I think it must be like the 3 Stooges--a guy thing.

I hate the Pepto ones, the BK ones with the King are really, really, really, creepy. I saw one today for PSP that had what looked like two talking hairballs having a conversation about marrying every woman in the world, even the ugly ones, on a yacht or something. BF and I just looked at each other and shrugged.

What are they thinking.
