Is there anyway of reducing a specific muscle group??
It's just with all the walking I do - 4 miles a day+ my calves and thighs are humongous and I went to buy some boots today and i couldn't do the zip up past where my calf muscles bulge out.
I really want the rest of me to be this muscley but not my calves - they look like a male runners (esp. when I forget to shave LOL)
When I went to the doctor she said it was definitely muscle there not fat - just fat from the bum upwards. I just want to get shot of my belly!!!!! If i could somehow walk to school using my abs then I'd be happy.
