Really Sorry but has anyone an email address for the DLH?

I've tried searching but not having any luck but I wanted to send an email to ask for a nice room if at all possible - Room 1206 springs to mind!!!

I don't have an email address I'm afraid, but you could call the Disneyland Hotel direct on +33 1 60456500 or fax on +33 1 60456533.

We phoned them direct at the beginning of the month with a request, and the person who we got through to spoke pretty good English. So I wouldn't hesitate phoning them in future if needs be (I was going to e-mail, incase they didn't undrestand what I was saying!)

Just out of interest Joolz - how did you come across that e-mail address?

I've always been led to believe that the hotel e-mail addresses have been kept private from guests, so I was wondering if you've managed to simply obtain it from something they've sent you or if they've had a change of policy recently.

I told someone the email address in a thread called "DLH facilities" on post #19 a few weeks ago. Maybe that's where she got it. They didn't tell me it was a secret or anything!

I emailed them last night and got a reply this morning. Balloons in the room are 50 euros BTW, confirmed after Emma's news, so we for one will be giving them a miss!!

I think I got it from Karen's post, although I can't remember. They certainly replied very promptly.

re: The email address thing

Substitute SQL (Sequoia Lodge) NPB (Newport Bay Club) for DLH in the addy and you will get through to either of those hotels, both email addresses were given to me after I'd emailed Disney with queries and been told to contact the hotel direct.
