Here's the deal...
DH and I would LOVE to surprise the kids with an impromptu trip to Disney next week. We have never surprised them. We always plan and plan for months in advance.
I will be 32 weeks pregnant this Saturday. We would leave Tuesday and return on Sunday... I would be 33 weeks then. We would be driving from Ohio.. which is a 14 hour drive. DH will do all of the driving... which he always does on our trips. I can sit in the back of the van with my feet propped up and just relax.
I'm not your typical 8 month pregnant woman. I don't get very big when I'm pregnant...in fact people are just starting to notice that I'm pregnant! I don't have to go to the bathroom every 20 minutes and honestly I feel just fine. I walk on my treadmill every day and am a pretty active person in general.
My daughters were both born on their due dates and my son was born at 38 1/2 weeks. So no history of preterm labor either.
So what would you do? I REALLY want to go....but don't want to be stupid about this either. We went on a weekend trip to Indy last weekend where I walked and walked and walked and other than being a bit tired I was fine.
Obviously I would take it pretty easy at the parks. We went this past summer when I was 14 weeks and I thoroughly enjoyed just people watching and taking it all in.
