I booked two rooms on the front end of our Shades of Green ressie just hours ago, with the Deluxe dining plan for 5. Everything was last second. Just to confirm, the Deluxe Dining Plan still covers apps, entrees, and desserts? Yes? I'd like to get the most value out of that 24 hours.

You can also use it from check in day until check out day so depending on when you actually check in you can spread your meals over the 2 days. If you book one night you still get the two days but only one night to use them. I hope this makes since!
